LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program can help cancer survivors to rebuild and regroup during their journey to return to their normal lives, or adjust to their “new normal” after diagnosis. Each cohort is led by a trained LIVESTRONG coach and is held in a supportive, small group setting. Participants are met at their level of fitness and all adult survivors are eligable for this no cost to you program.
