20 Years of Radiance: The 2026 RED Event Wrap-Up
We kicked off the 20th anniversary of Hello Gorgeous! in a big way at the 2026 RED Event!
Some moments stay with you long after the confetti is swept away, and this year’s RED Event was full of them. For those of us navigating the complexities of a cancer diagnosis, "RED" isn't just a color—it’s a symbol of the strength, passion, and resilience that Restores, Empowers, and Dazzles us.
If you left the event feeling a little lighter, a little bolder, and a lot more empowered, you weren’t alone. Here is how we spent our unforgettable time together.
The addition of the dapper gentlemen who escorted the women to their tables this year was a big hit and a great way to start the day!!
The breakout speakers brought a beautiful balance of practical wisdom and emotional support. From sessions on navigating "chemo hair" and integrative wellness to workshops on reclaiming your identity beyond being a patient, the speakers didn't just talk at us—they talked with us. The rooms were filled with nodding heads and shared stories, proving that while our journeys are individual, we never have to walk them alone.
When Kim took the stage, the atmosphere shifted. She didn't give easy answers; she offered raw, honest encouragement. Her message to "Keep Going" resonated deeply with every woman in the room. Whether you are in the thick of treatment, celebrating remission, or facing a new hurdle, Kim reminded us that our worth is defined by our spirit that keeps showing up.
The fashion show during lunch wasn't just about clothes; it was about reclaiming our sass. As the ladies took to the runway, the energy in the room was electric.
We all know that sometimes, you just need to laugh until your sides ache. Craig Tournquest provided exactly that. His "Wacky Trivia" session was the ultimate joy-break. Between the ridiculous facts, the dance contest, and Craig’s infectious energy, the room was transformed by the sound of collective laughter. It was a powerful reminder that even in the midst of the hardest battles, there is still room for silliness and play.
The best part of the event was the grand finale. When the first chords of "Sweet Caroline" began to play, the room erupted. Seeing the women singing at the top of their lungs was a moment of pure, defiant joy.
Then came the confetti cannons.
As a cloud of red streamers rained down on us, it felt like a victory celebration. It was a tribute to our survival, our hope, and the incredible community we’ve built.
The 2026 RED Event may be over, but the sisterhood we strengthened remains. As you head back to your daily routines, remember Kim’s words: Keep going. You are stronger than you know. Hopefully, you feel Restored, Empowered, and Dazzled.
Stay bold, Stay Gorgeous!, and we’ll see you next year!
